You will be expected to attend every week. If you cannot attend, you will be set work to ensure you meet your learning outcomes.
What else do I need to know?
You will be expected to have the basic kit of a simple pencil and pad, but instruction on what to buy will be given in the first lesson. As you progress you will want to purchase other materials as your interest grows. Some materials will be provided to coincide with the exercises; however it’s a good idea to have your own. You do not have to work at home although you may find that your skills progress more quickly if you practice between sessions.
What could I do next?
From these early sessions you may be encouraged to explore other art materials in watercolours or acrylic and oil painting. Art is a means of expression which will make you look at the world differently.
